A Certified Senior Advisor is a professional who has received specialized training

in aging and the important issues that affect seniors.  CSA candidates must

pass a challenging national exam and agree to live up to high ethical

and professional standards.

· Bill-paying

· Mail management

· Financial reminders

· Recordkeeping

· Budget/spending plan

· Assist with collection of tax documents and information for tax preparation by CPA or tax accountant

· Funding of trusts

· Trustee

· Power of Attorney

· Health Care Surrogate

· Personal Representative

· Assist with moving to assisted living or skilled care facility

· Inventory and documentation of tangible personal property for estate planning or insurance purposes

· Attend care plan meetings at nursing facilities

· Look in on seniors who are homebound or confined to a nursing facility

· Arrange transportation to doctors

· Personal shopping

· Notary Public
